Objectives

The soul of a person is his personality. Discipline, expression and dedication make up a person's personality. To fulfill discipline, expression and duty, a person should protect his rights. 'Drashta Foundation' will work with the aim of creating an ideal society. It is essential for an ideal person to have the feeling of love and sacrifice for each other. Knowing the limits of his rights, a person should work in public interest. For the creation of an ideal society, Drashta will awaken the feeling of public welfare in people.

'Drashta Foundation' considers the Constitution of India as its holy book. It is a holy book because it is the protector of the religions of every person. The Constitution contains the consensus that the person and the state will work according to it. Politics has divided the human religion into many religions for the fulfillment of duties and rights. But, the aim of all religions is only public welfare. According to the time, in an ideal society, it is essential for a person to understand the civil religion. Drashta will awaken every person to protect democratic values.

It is essential for a person to acquire the appropriate qualifications to become an ideal person. If a person is not able to acquire the appropriate qualifications, then the circumstances become unfavourable to him and then many obstacles arise in the path of the person's progress. These obstacles crush all the possibilities of a person's success. 'Drashta' will make a person capable of the times by matching opportunities with time. Circumstances are not favourable to a person, a person has to make them favourable himself. But sometimes circumstances become unfavourable to a person. Political, social and economic obstacles surround a person. A person is unable to get out of such unfavourable circumstances. To save a person from such unfavourable circumstances, 'Drashta' is starting a planned public awareness campaign.

Supreme management of population

From a political point of view, the increasing population in India is being seen as a curse. But 'Drashta' is working to prove this population as a boon for human welfare through high management. Power has been decentralised in India. But human resources are not decentralized. India is an agricultural country. But Indians have forgotten their civic duty and village duty and are unorganized. People join others for their own benefit, but they do not have the feeling of benefiting each other. 65% percent of the Indian population associated with agriculture business is still struggling for its rights even after 74 years of independence. For the last 20 years, corporates have been trying to usurp this business. Due to unbridled interference of corporates in the agricultural sector, human resources have become focused towards unemployment instead of being decentralized.

The 'Drashta' Foundation will organize training programs related to the subject of proper management of resources for organizational and cooperative industry. Which will reduce the impact of unemployment and make employment available by decentralizing human resources. And in this way, it will establish an ideal society by fulfilling Mahatma Gandhi's concept of self-reliant India.
