भारतीय संविधान में नागरिकों को कई अधिकार मिले हैं। इन अधिकारों को पाने के लिए भारतीय नागरिकों के कुछ कर्तव्य भी हैं। कर्तव्यों का निर्वाह किये बगैर कोई भी नागरिक अपना अधिकार पाने के लिए संकल्पित होकर लड़ नहीं सकता है। महात्मा गॉधी ने कहा था कि ‘‘अधिकारों का जन्म कर्तव्यों की कोख से होता है।’’ भारतीय नागरिकों में कर्तव्यबोध की भावना जागृत करने के उद्देश्य के साथ ‘द्रष्टा फाउंडेशन ’ काम कर रहा है। ताकि नागरिकों के अधिकारों की रक्षा की जा सके।

Citizens have been given many rights in the Indian Constitution. To get these rights, Indian citizens also have some duties. Without performing duties, no citizen can fight with determination to get his rights. Mahatma Gandhi had said that “rights are born from the womb of duties.” ‘Drashta Foundation’ is working with the objective of awakening the sense of duty among Indian citizens. So that the rights of citizens can be protected.
